• The Kenmore offers comfortable lodging for families, couples, groups or anyone desiring a relaxing Adirondack vacation or action packed getaway any time of the year
  

• During our peak season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we rent all our cottages on a weekly basis only

• During the off season we rent our all season cottages on a week-end, weekly or monthly basis

• Call for nightly rates (2 night minimum during off season)

• 15% discount from May 1st to June 30th and Labor Day to Sept 30th on full week rentals only

• Boat Docking fee is $50 per week or $10 per day

• To confirm your reservation, one half of the rental fee is required in advance, and the remainder in full, at the time of arrival

• Deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent the cottage. There will be a administrative fee of $25.00 deducted from the deposit when it is returned. There is a $25.00 fee charged for returned checks.

• Cottage limit cannot be exceeded day or night for the comfort and benefit of all our guests

• Credit Cards are not accepted. Pets are not allowed but there is a kennel within a mile of our resort

• Check in is at 2 PM and Check out is at 10 AM
