The Kenmore offers comfortable lodging for families, couples, groups or anyone desiring a relaxing Adirondack vacation or action packed getaway any time of the year.

During our peak season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, we rent all our cottages on a weekly basis only.

During the off season we rent our all season cottages on a week-end, weekly or monthly basis.

15% discount from May 1st to June 30th and Labor Day to Sept 30th on full week rentals only.

Boat Docking fee is $50 per week or $10 per day.

To confirm your reservation, one half of the rental fee is required in advance, and the remainder in full, at the time of arrival.

Deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent the cottage. There will be a administrative fee of $25.00 deducted from the deposit when it is returned. There is a $25.00 fee charged for returned checks.

Cottage limit cannot be exceeded day or night for the comfort and benefit of all our guests.

Credit Cards are not accepted. Pets are not allowed but there is a kennel within a mile of our resort.

Check in is at 2 PM and Check out is at 10 AM
